    Event Description:
    The Norton Public Library will host a Quilling Class on Monday, February 10th. This class is limited to 14 people and is first come/first serve! Pre sign-up at the Library is mandatory. No children under the age of 10. Grandmas, aunts, etc. may be counted as a "mommy". One child per adult.  (Quilling or paper filigree is an art form that involves the use of strips of paper that are rolled, shaped, and glued to create decorative designs such as those accompanying this post.)
