Norton Carp Derby
Saturday, July 15, 2023
Prairie Dog State Park, Leoti Cove boat ramp
$30 Advanced Entry Fee per 2-Person Team. $35 Derby Day Entry.
Advanced entry must be received by Thursday, July 13^th at Chamber office.
$10 entry each for youth 12 and under in separate competition.
 They can fish/shoot with adult team but keep fish separate.      
They will be eligible for large, small, drum, and pool.
(Includes meal prepared by John Carlin)
Shotgun start at 9am. Weigh in 5 to 6 pm.
Contestants arriving after 6 will be docked 1 fish per minute. No weigh in after 6:30.
Carp must be caught within the Sebelius wildlife area
Team with the most fish will be the winner of the contest.
Tie breaker goes to team with largest fish.
(You decide which carp to weigh for small and large)
                         Registration forms can be picked up at the Norton Area Chamber of Commerce.
