    Event Description:
    Norton County Hospital is hosting its third community-wide meeting to educate on the current status of local health care provided at the hospital and its clinic, Norton Medical Clinic, as well as allow administration and board members to answer questions posed by the public.

    Gina Frack, Norton County Hospital’s CEO, plans to continue the dialogue by giving updates on the four focus areas of the hospital’s current strategic plan; those areas include Facility, Funding and Public Support, Recruitment and Retention, and Regional Needs.

    The main presentation for this meeting will be provided by the hospital’s chief financial officer, Aaron Kuehn, who will cover the basics of hospital finance and what makes a rural hospital such a unique business.
