• Senior Civil (Municipal) Engineer

    RMA Engineering is seeking a Senior Civil (Municipal) Engineer for their office in Norton, Kansas.
    Job Functions:

    • Business development and marketing for NW Kansas and SW Nebraska region
    • Visit clients on regular basis to maintain relationships
    • Supervise other technicians as required
    • Experience with municipal engineering including water, wastewater, storm water, streets, residential developments, rate studies, funding mechanisms and regulatory agencies
    • High level of communication skills
    Job Requirements:
    • BS in Civil Engineering with 10-years’ experience in municipal sector
    • Professional Engineer license in Kansas and Nebraska or ability to receive licensure within 6-months
    • Capable of plan production
    • Experience with project contracts and specifications
    • Self-starter and highly motivated
    • Experienced with Microstation and InRoads
    • Strong written and verbal skills
