Job Title: County Road Mower - Summer Time Help
Company: Norton County Road and Bridge
Hourly Rate: $14 per hour
Schedule: Monday to Thursday, 4 (ten-hour) shifts

Description: Norton County Road and Bridge is seeking motivated individuals for the position of County Road Mower - Summer Time Help. This role offers an opportunity to work in a picturesque environment while maintaining the scenic beauty of our county roads.
Responsibilities:

• Operate mowing equipment to maintain county roadsides.
• Adhere to safety protocols and guidelines while operating equipment.
• Perform routine maintenance and inspections on mowing equipment.
• Report any equipment malfunctions or maintenance needs to supervisors.
• Work independently to accomplish assigned tasks efficiently and effectively.

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Possess a valid driver's license.
• Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
• Willingness to work a flexible schedule, including occasional overtime if necessary.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.
• Prior experience with mowing equipment is preferred but not required; training will be provided.
