Norton County Hospital has a full-time career opportunity for an RN to join our healthcare team. This position is 12-hour night shifts, with rotating weekends and holiday schedule. The RN Charge Nurse assumes the responsibility of overseeing in-patient and emergency room activity, shift supervision and support of peers, directing patient care activities, functioning as a clinical resource, and liaison to the Director of Nursing. This position will work with acute, skilled and intermediate levels of patient care as well as in labor and delivery.
