Smoked/BBQ Food Truck
Leading the BBQ Pack
Donovan's Smoke Shack & BBQ
We began this Food Truck business under a canopy @ Swedish Days 2016 in Holdrege, introducing new menu items to South Central Nebraska such as our Pork or Brisket Nachos and Our Signature Petunia Sandwich and Smokey Street Tacos! We hope to continue in making new and delicious items in our test kitchen to serve our customers from our Food Truck in the future!
We Thank You, our Patrons, from the bottom of our hearts for supporting us!
We only use Hickory/Mesquite/Apple Wood Logs to Smoke our Meats.
