    Currently, we provide personal care services to citizens in 18 Northwest Kansas counties. Our experienced team strives everyday to help you or your loved one to maintain independence at home and in the community. We are sincerely committed to deliver high quality services with compassion and integrity.

    Skilled Care Services: Nursing, Physical Therapy and Occupational Therapy

    Non-Skilled Care (Homemaker/Personal Care Services): Depending upon the client's level of need, Guardian can provide physical assistance or total support with:
    shopping, house cleaning, meal preparation, laundry services, supervision of medication cueing and reminding, life management (financial matters, bill paying), bathing, grooming, dressing, toileting, transferring, walking/mobility, eating, companion care and accompaniment to medical services.
